I so love these words, Hetty. If you add some illustrative images, you would have an awesome work of literature on your hands.

I’m thinking delicate watercolors.

That should do it. Excellent post, Hetty. 😘

Strong for smiles is the way telling people who you are to the maximum. Last time is a war of sorts, but four or two chords is the best song. I know you understand that down here is coming round here in a different beat like a new day. Helpful faces outside where the rain falls in notes down on dirt and sometimes I think of the illusion of marks and chords, the two chords, not four and over and over it plays round here, down here where she lives in the street at dawn. Hi Bella, the bell rings big over the water. Cats play with the four or two chords. You can dance to it and it is yesterday or nothing. Duke

If they read this, they’d pack up and quit the business. If I could pin this comment I would.

Indecipherably profound.

I would be lying if I said I didn’t ponder them a bit.

Something tells me these are AI generated, and I’ve been worried about robots taking over my job, but from these examples, I think I’m pretty set for now.

But can you match their poetry?

I mean, as poetry goes, I’ve definitely read worse poetry. This is “ponder in the bathroom” quality at least.

Oh, no doubt about it. It’s no worse than the word salad they produce in $75,000 MFA programs.

It’s like bargain poetry! It’s important to have high-end and low-end options with these things

But who can say which is which 🧐

Good point. The price-quality correlation is not necessarily the case here

I wondered the same about word string generation and discovered it’s as simple as thumb typing random letters and letting autocorrect do it’s thing. Sings venerable lucky yes Mgr fudge mighty hell priggish process etched shy chives of great things older

I tried doing that and all I got was “sex” and “bruh” over and over. ☹️

You must have had it set on Ebonics or Swamptalk. The trick is not to type too many letters, Da sexanshit ridin’ on ya-own haid, bruh.

The guy sounds like a walking advertisement as to the reason why one shouldn’t indulge too highly in the use of hallucinogenic drugs.

I know some people around here who’d say that that’s exactly why one should indulge.

“I loved as much as you’ll receive” has an interesting poetic ring to it. I sense they may have been trying to convey love stilted, overflowing tiny shot glasses with cinnamon hearts and perhaps a sad panda, but that’s just me.

Now that you mention it, there is a bit of wistfulness to it.

Sorry, couldn’t pull out your email. Wanted you to have these lyrics and song. This is an example of the secret life of words. I like to send songs. It is a sort of short cut to the heart and mind as we sit on the edge of all this bullshit. Duke
Life Is Beautiful
Vega4
Life is beautiful
We live until we die
When you run into my arms
We steal a perfect moment
Let the monsters see you smile
Let them see you smiling
Do I hold you too tightly?
When will the hurt kick in?
Life is beautiful, but it’s complicated
We barely make it
We don’t need to understand
There are miracles, miracles
Yeah, life is beautiful
Our hearts – they beat and break
When you run away from harm
Will you run back into my arms
Like you did when you were young?
Will you come back to me?
I will hold you tightly
When the hurting kicks in
Life is beautiful, but it’s complicated
We barely make it
We don’t need to understand
There are miracles, miracles
Stand where you are
We let all these moments pass us by
It’s amazing where I’m standing
There’s a lot that we can give
This is ours just for the moment
There’s a lot that we can give

Thank you for these lyrics. I enjoy reading them as much for what they mean to me as what they tell me about someone else.

Just tell me that this wasn’t created by the same AI engine that is going to be put in driverless cars, and our lives not soon to be hanging by an algorithm.

Hi Roy. You bring up an excellent point. Sadly though I think our lives are already governed by algorithms. Thank you for commenting!

And I should add, crappy algorithms.
